I say "Anna Leah". Going on a possible clue that the girl in the vid bears a resemblance to Anna Leah's pic on the Studio One Vol 2 album cover.

I'm inclined to agree Silverhammer, the hair on the album cover is longer, but the face is very similar.
Also Anna Leah was a regular on the TV shows back then too.
Does anyone know the name of the song, I've heard it before, but the name escapes me.
I suppose the name of the show may be helpful too, but that's a pretty tough call.
